With Paint Bucket tool, fill with color # 000040

2 .- Open tube "merydesign_navidad_31" Copy the layer
"groupe" raster 1 "Paste as new layer

FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss / Values:
-1.000/-1.000/0.250/64/0.938/0.938/0.938/Edge Wraps:

4 .- Open tube "merydesign_navidad_34" Copy layer
"groupe" raster 1 "Paste as new layer


5 .- Layer. 6 .-
Duplicate Layers. Merge down
7 .- Picture. Resize: 40%

17 .- Image. Add Border: 1 px color: red, for example
18 .- With Wand tool, select this border of 1 px
19 .- With Paint Bucket tool, fill the selection. Deselect
20 .- Image. Adding Borders: 5 px color # 000040
21 .- Repeat steps 17, 18 and 19
22 .- Image. Adding Borders: 22 px color: # 000040

23 .- Save as JPG

And presto!
