1 .- Open a new transparent cloth of 680 x 680
With Paint Bucket Tool fill the color: # C00000
Layers.
New Raster Layer Fill with color: # ffffff

2 .- Open "1250181238_nikita_masques" (Mask) Minimize
Layers. New Layer Mask. From an image. Do not invest
source brightness. Select the mask. OK
Layers. 3D Effects
Merge Group. Shade: 1/1/100/1/negro

3 .- Open "Valentina" (Girl)
Copy and paste as new layer Image
. Change size: 80% twice
With Eraser tool erases Set
credit. Sharpness.
focus more 3D Effects. Shade: 1/1/100/1/negro
3D effects. Shade: 5/5/50/5/negro

4 .- Open "8448304" (On hearts)
Copy and paste as new layer Image
. Change size: 80% twice
Image.
focus more 3D Effects. Shade: 1/1/100/1/negro
3D effects. Shade: 5/5/50/5/negro

5 .- Layer-Merge. 6 .-
Flatten Layers. Duplicate

7 .- Effects. Filter Factory Gallery E / Transparent Bullseye 27
Blend Mode: Weak light

8 .- New Layer. Put the copy
9 .- Layers. Merge. Flatten
10 .- Save as JPG
